Live Cooking Stations, Cooked in Front of Your Guests

Some meals are served. These are performed. Rasoi's live stations put our chefs on the floor with your guests: dosas spread to order, kababs coming off the grill, naan pulled hot from the tandoor, and jalebi fried fresh for dessert. Available for weddings, valimas, and large celebrations of 100 guests or more across Southern California.

The six stations

Indo Grazing Station: an artistic charcuterie style spread of Indian flavors and snacks, breads, dips, and chutneys guests return to all night.
Chaat Station: street snacks like pani puri, sev puri, dahi bhalla, and bhel puri, build your own or chef prepared.
Dosa Station: freshly made dosas with fillings, served with sambar and chutneys.
Grill Station: chicken tikka, paneer tikka, and seekh kebabs grilled fresh to order.
Naan Station: freshly baked Indian breads served hot with dips and curries.
Jalebi Station: live jalebi making, served warm with rabdi.

All live stations require a minimum of 100 guests. Each station is run by a Rasoi chef attendant, starting at $250 per attendant, and the attendant count varies by station. Stations can be mixed with any of our menus.
