Our Mission

Chef Rafi Khan, known to many simply as Chef Ray, is passionate about bringing his creative expertise to your finely crafted table. From his humble beginnings feeding his community in Southern California since 1987 to serving as executive chef at five star fine dining establishments across California, he has spent his career bridging the gap between authentic cuisine and modern dining. Our halal Pakistani menu carries his name: nihari, haleem, and karahi cooked the Karachi way, without shortcuts.

We are more than a traditional Indian catering company with a chafer style buffet. We are a team of creatives on a mission to showcase food as an experience: live cooking stations, elevated street foods, and unique blends of Indo-fusion cuisine that leave your guests talking for months afterwards.
